If you are not satisfied with the product you received for any reason, please let us know by calling our office within 30 days of receipt of your order  at 888-387-3262 and we will either substitute it at no charge or refund your purchase in full (excluding shipping charges) by crediting your credit card.

Please note the following conditions must be met to obtain a refund:

• Merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
• Returned item(s) must include all original accessories, including certificate of authenticity.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges; insurance and tracking are recommended.
• Refunds will be issued when the items have been returned and inspected. Refunds are given and posted to the customer’s credit card account within 1-2 business days.
